These terms apply to Automation Inventory ("the app"), an app for monday.com operated by Samet Ateşen ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you agree for that organisation. This is a plain-language document written from what the app does.
The app lists the automations on the boards you can see in monday.com, with whether each is switched on and any warning monday.com shows on it, and lets you search and filter that list. monday.com's AI assistant, sidekick, can search it too. The app asks for read-only permission and never changes a board, an item or an automation.
The app shows what monday.com reports. It cannot:
Paid plans are sold and billed by monday.com through its marketplace, which handles payment, currency, tax, renewals and refunds under its own terms. Prices, and what each plan includes, are shown on the app's marketplace listing. Without an active plan or trial, the app follows monday.com's rules for apps whose trial has ended, and the sidekick tool may ask for a plan.
You keep all rights to your monday.com data. The app uses it only to show you the list described above and to answer sidekick. What it reads, and that it stores nothing, is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Do not use the app to break the law or monday.com's terms, to attack or overload it or monday.com, or to try to read data from an account you are not part of.
The app does not collect your email address and does not contact you. If you write to support, we reply to the address you wrote from. We do not send marketing email.
We aim to keep the app running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. It depends on monday.com's platform, API and hosting, which we do not control. We may change or discontinue the app. If we discontinue it, we will say so in advance on its marketplace listing. If these terms change, the date at the top changes.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access that breaks section 5.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
