Your data stays in your account
Our marketplace applications run on the platform vendor's own infrastructure and talk to your account only. We do not operate a server that receives your helpdesk data.
Destructive work is bounded
Bulk operations preview first, apply in batches, verify every record individually and produce an audit trail you can keep.
