These terms apply to Automation Watchdog ("the app"), an app for monday.com operated by Samet Ateşen (Atesen Software) ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you agree for that organisation.
The app reads your boards' activity through monday.com's API, learns how often each automation normally acts, and tells you when one that used to act regularly goes quiet — on a board view, and by email to the person who set up alerts. It asks for read-only permissions and never changes a board, an item or an automation.
The app looks for automations that stop. It cannot:
It is a safety net, not a replacement for checking automations that matter to you. We are not responsible for work that did or did not happen because an automation stopped, whether or not the app reported it.
Paid plans are sold and billed by monday.com through its marketplace, which handles payment, currency, tax, renewals and refunds under its own terms. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the app's marketplace listing. Without an active plan or trial, email alerts stop; the board view follows monday.com's rules for apps whose trial has ended.
You keep all rights to your monday.com data. The app uses it only to provide the service described above. What it reads, stores and sends is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Do not use the app to break the law or monday.com's terms, to attack or overload it or monday.com, or to try to read data from an account you are not part of.
We send alert emails to the person who set up alerts, as described above. Apart from those, we may email that address about changes that affect the service — for example a change to these terms, to pricing, or the app being discontinued — with reasonable notice. We do not send marketing email.
We aim to keep the app running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. It depends on monday.com's platform, API and hosting, which we do not control. We may change or discontinue the app; if we discontinue it we will say so in advance by email and on the listing. If these terms change, the date at the top changes, and material changes are emailed as in section 6.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app, which deletes the stored access token and email address as the privacy policy describes. We may suspend access that breaks section 5.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
