The service

Hourbill reads a worklog CSV in your web browser, applies the hourly rates you enter and produces invoice CSV files you can import into Xero or QuickBooks Online. It does not connect to Jira, Xero or QuickBooks and does not change any data there. Importing the files and approving the invoices is done by you in your accounting software.

Plans and payment

The free plan reads the first 10 data rows of a file. You can preview them on screen and download the Xero and QuickBooks files for those rows. The monthly plan ($29 per month) removes the row limit. Prices are in US dollars; tax is shown at checkout where it applies. Paddle.com Market Limited is the seller and merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles tax and issues refunds. The plan renews until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan works until the end of the period already paid.

Licence

A licence key is made in your browser when you subscribe. It unlocks the paid features for the plan period, for the person or business that bought it. Do not publish or resell keys. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the key.

Your files

Your files are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you load.

No warranty on results

The invoice files are an aid. Check every invoice in your accounting software before you approve or send it: contact names, account codes, tax rates and totals. Rates, rounding rules and column matching are described on the tool page and may not fit every situation. The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
