Tunerline ("the app") is made by Samet Ateşen (Atesen Software), Türkiye ("we"). This policy describes what the app's code does. If the app changes, this policy changes with it.
Tunerline has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not run a server for this app, so nothing you do in the app reaches us.
Tunerline talks to your radio's own local control (the radio's built-in web interface, plain HTTP on port 80 or 2244) on your home network. It reads the radio's name, power, volume, source, presets and what is playing, and sends only the commands you tap. The radio's PIN (usually 1234) is sent to the radio to open a session; it never goes anywhere else. These requests go only to addresses inside your home network. The app refuses public internet addresses, host names and redirects to other addresses. The app talks to the radio only while it is open on your screen. The radio's local control is not encrypted, but it never leaves your Wi-Fi.
If you tap "Find my radio", the app reads your iPhone's own address on the home Wi-Fi and asks the addresses of that home network whether they are a radio of this kind.
iOS asks you for Local Network permission the first time. Tunerline needs it because iOS blocks apps from reaching devices on your home network without it, and your radio is such a device. Without it the app cannot find or control the radio. You can change it any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network.
The app stores only these, on your iPhone, inside the app:
What the radio is playing is shown live and not kept. This data is part of your device's own iCloud or computer backup if you use one; that backup is handled by Apple, not by us.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We do not receive your name, e-mail address or payment details, and no personal data reaches us. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Remove a radio in Settings: its saved name, address and PIN are deleted from your iPhone; the radio itself is not changed. Deleting the app removes everything the app stored. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing to delete on our side.
The app is not directed at children under 13.
