Your files

The payments CSV you choose, the names and ABNs in it, and your choices (who needs super, labour shares, which payments are marked paid) are read and used inside your browser. They are not uploaded to us or anyone else. Your choices are saved in this browser's local storage so you do not have to repeat them; clearing site data removes them. The summary file is built in your browser and saved by your browser when you download it.

What our server receives

• Page requests as with any web page. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes them.
• Anonymous counters. The page tells us when it was opened, when a file was read, and when the payment window was opened. We store a count per day. We store no identifier, no IP address and no file data.
• Where you came from. A first-party cookie keeps the campaign tags of the link you came from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), the website you came from (its address only) and the landing page. It is sent to us only if you pay, so the sale can be linked to its source. It is not set when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
• Licence checks. When you enter or restore a key, the page sends the key so we can check it. We keep, for each paid key, a one-way hash of it, the plan, the expiry date and the Paddle transaction and subscription numbers.

Payments

Paddle collects your payment details, name, email and billing address as seller and merchant of record under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your card details or email address.
