Terms of service

Last updated 8 November 2026.

Supercue is provided by Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye ("we"). Contact: support@atesensoftware.com.

The service

Supercue reads a Xero payments or bills CSV in your web browser. For the contractors you mark, it works out super at 12% of the labour share you enter (amounts without GST) and the date each payment must reach the super fund (7 business days after the payment date), and it produces a summary CSV. It does not pay super, does not use a clearing house or SuperStream, does not connect to Xero, a super fund or the Australian Taxation Office, and does not lodge anything.

Not advice

Supercue gives information. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not decide whether a contractor is an employee for super purposes; check the employment status with the ATO or your adviser. Dates follow the ATO's published business day rule and the public holiday lists described in the tool; always confirm a deadline you rely on with the ATO.

Plans and payment

The free plan shows and exports the first 10 rows. The monthly plan ($19 per month) removes the row limit. Prices are in US dollars; tax is shown at checkout where it applies. Paddle.com Market Limited is the seller and merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles tax and issues refunds. The plan renews until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan works until the end of the period already paid.

Licence

A licence key is made in your browser when you subscribe. It unlocks the paid features for the plan period, for the person or business that bought it. Do not publish or resell keys. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the key.

Your files

Your files are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you load.

No warranty on results

Check every amount and date before you pay or record super. The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Late super can have costs set by law; they are yours. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Refunds

See the refund policy.
