Remoteline marks an activity as on only when the hub reports it running. "Not confirmed" means the hub did not say so in time: check that your devices are in view of the hub (or its IR blasters) and try again. The hub's real state is always shown.
A button is sent to the hub, which sends the infrared or Bluetooth signal to your device. If the device does not react, the hub may not see it, or the button may belong to another device in the activity. Use "More" to pick the device's own buttons.
Remoteline uses the setup that is already on your hub. Adding a device or changing an activity needs Logitech's own setup.
No. Remoteline talks to your hub only on your home network and has no cloud service, so there is no account, subscription or server involved.

See the privacy policy. Remoteline has no account and no server; nothing leaves your home network.
