Your iPhone must be on your home Wi-Fi (not mobile data), the same network as the radio. A guest network or a router setting that keeps devices apart can also block it.
Allow Local Network access: Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network → Tunerline.
The radio must be on and connected to your Wi-Fi. Some radios stop answering in deep standby: turn on "Keep network connected" (or similar) in the radio's network settings.
If the search finds nothing, look up the radio in your router's list of connected devices and type its address instead.
Only radios with a Frontier Smart chip (the ones that used the UNDOK app) can be used.
"The radio refused the PIN"
Most radios use 1234. If yours was changed, you find it in the radio's menu under Network (often "NetRemote PIN Setup"). Enter it in Settings → your radio → PIN.
Presets
Presets are stored on the radio, one list per source. Tunerline shows the presets of the source that is playing. To store a station, hold the preset button on the radio itself. Presets are part of Tunerline Pro.
Volume
The volume slider sends one value when you let go, so the radio never jumps through every step. − and + move one step at a time.
Can I use Tunerline away from home?
No. Tunerline talks to your radio only on your home network and has no cloud service.
Restore Tunerline Pro
Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy
See the privacy policy. Tunerline has no account and no server; nothing leaves your home network.
