The app cannot reach my inverter

• Your phone and inverter must be on the same trusted home Wi-Fi network (not mobile data or an isolated guest network).
• Check the inverter's address in your router's list of connected devices; it can change after a router restart.
• On iOS, allow Local Network access: Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network → Wattline. On Android, check that Wi-Fi is connected and no VPN or firewall blocks local devices.
• Use Find my inverter to check the phone's local subnet, or enter the inverter's private IPv4 address manually. Demo mode works without an inverter.

“The Solar API is switched off”

On GEN24, Tauro and Verto inverters the Solar API is off by default. Open the inverter's web page in your browser (type its address), sign in as owner, go to Communication → Solar API, switch it on and save.

Why is “Produced today” only partial?

GEN24, Tauro and Verto inverters do not report a day total. Wattline then adds up the readings it recorded while the app was open, and says so on the screen.

Restore Wattline Pro

Open Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account or Google Play account used for the purchase. Purchases do not transfer between stores. For iOS refunds, visit Apple's refund page; for Android refunds, see Google Play's refund guidance. Store products must be available for purchases and restores to work.

Privacy

See the privacy policy and Wattline terms. Wattline has no account and no server; its readings stay on your phone unless you choose to export them.
