The service

PackGap checks a packaging data file in your web browser and lists missing and conflicting values. It does not file reports, connect to any portal or change any data.

Plans and payment

The free preview runs every check and shows details for the first 25 SKUs. A 30-day audit pass ($149, one-off, does not renew) unlocks details for every SKU and the CSV downloads. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and sales tax. Paddle.com Market Limited is the seller and merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles tax and issues refunds.

Licence

A licence key is made in your browser when you buy. It unlocks the paid features for 30 days, for the person or business that bought it. Do not publish or resell keys. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the key.

Your files

Your files are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you load.

Not legal advice, no compliance guarantee

PackGap finds data gaps using the fixed rules described on the tool page. It does not give legal advice, does not decide whether a law applies to you and does not guarantee that a report is complete, correct or compliant. A result with no findings means only that those rules found nothing. Category lists and requirements come from the dated sources named on the tool page and may be out of date for your report. Check every finding before you change your data, and follow the guidance of the responsible agency or producer responsibility organization.

Liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
