Terms of service

The service

Recondiff compares two CSV files in your web browser and produces a difference report. It does not connect to your bank or accounting software and does not change any data there.

Plans and payment

The free preview shows results for the first 50 rows of each file. A 30-day pass ($19, one-off, does not renew) or a monthly plan ($9 per month) unlocks unlimited rows and Excel, CSV and PDF downloads. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and sales tax. Paddle.com Market Limited is the seller and merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles tax and issues refunds. A monthly plan renews until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan works until the end of the period already paid.

Licence

A licence key is made in your browser when you buy. It unlocks the paid features for the plan period, for the person or business that bought it. Do not publish or resell keys. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the key.

Your files

Your files are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you load.

No warranty on results

The report is an aid. Matching rules are described on the tool page and may pair lines that are not related or miss lines that are. Check every difference before you change your accounting records. The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
