Refund policy

Paddle is the seller and merchant of record and issues refunds. You can ask us or Paddle.

• 30-day pass ($19): email us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full, in the amount you paid. The licence key then stops working.
• Free preview and mapping file: they cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask: write to support@atesensoftware.com from the address you paid with and include the order number from your Paddle receipt. We answer within 2 business days. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
