The service

Groupfold reads Profit and Loss files exported from Xero (or similar files) in your web browser and builds a consolidated Profit and Loss from them. It does not connect to Xero or to any other accounting software and does not change data there. It does not cover balance sheets or cash flow.

Plans and payment

The preview and the mapping file are free. The Excel download needs a 30-day pass: $19 one-off, it does not renew. While it is available (until 30 November 2026) the code FOUNDING40 gives 40% off and is applied at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and sales tax, which Paddle adds at checkout where it applies. Paddle.com Market Limited is the seller and merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles tax and issues refunds.

Licence

A licence key is made in your browser when you start a purchase. After payment it unlocks the Excel download for 30 days from the payment, for the person or business that bought it. Do not publish or resell keys. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the key.

Your files

Your files are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you load.

Exchange rates and eliminations

Groupfold uses the exchange rates and the elimination amounts that you type. It does not look up rates and does not match inter-company balances. You are responsible for those inputs.

No warranty on results

Groupfold is a management reporting aid. It is not an audit and it makes no claim of compliance with IFRS or any other standard. The checks on the page compare the numbers in your files with the numbers calculated here; they do not prove that your files are right. Check the result before you rely on it. The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Groupfold is an independent tool. It is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Xero. Xero is a trademark of its owner.
