Approved Bulk Actions for Jira Service Management: 78-second demo script
Script and shot list only. No demo video recording is included. Capture on the development Jira site using synthetic test requests and a test service space; do not show customer data, credentials or real support requests.
Use a 1920 × 1080 browser capture with English captions. Keep the app's own interface visible; do not add Atlassian logos or present the product as an Atlassian app.
- 00–07 sec — Set the problem. Show the Bulk actions entry in a Jira Service Management queue. Caption: “Give agents a specific, approved change to run.”
- 07–19 sec — Show administrator setup. In Jira settings → Apps → Approved Bulk Actions, show a saved action's service space, JQL filter, maximum size and approved group or project role. Caption: “An administrator defines where it applies and who can run it.”
- 19–28 sec — Pick an action. Return to the test agent's service-space queue and choose the approved action. Caption: “Agents see actions enabled for them in this space.”
- 28–41 sec — Preview and check rights. Show the match count and the requests the agent may edit or that will be skipped. Caption: “The agent's own filter can narrow the administrator's search.”
- 41–53 sec — Dry run. Show the current and proposed values for the sample requests. Caption: “Review the proposed values before any write.”
- 53–66 sec — Confirm and follow progress. Confirm a small test run and show batched progress; optionally show stopping between batches. Caption: “The selected request set is frozen for this run.”
- 66–78 sec — Show the result. Show per-request outcomes and the CSV export on the admin page. Caption: “Review each outcome. Run records become eligible for cleanup after 30 days.”
Recording gate: A person must record and review the real app flow before this script can be described as a demo video. Use only a disposable test action with a small, reversible field change.
