This website

This website is provided for information about Atesen Software and its applications. It is offered as it is, without warranty of any kind. We try to keep every statement on it accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not guarantee that the site is free of error or always available.

Applications

Applications are obtained through the marketplace of the platform they are built for (for browser extensions, the Chrome Web Store), and installing one is also subject to that marketplace's terms and to your agreement with that platform vendor. Where an application has its own licence or terms, those terms govern the application itself; nothing on this page replaces them.

Bulk operations change data in your own account. You are responsible for the changes you confirm, for holding the permissions required to make them, and for keeping your own backups. Our applications preview and audit those changes so you can review them, but the decision to apply them is yours.

Paid plans (Pro)

Some of our browser extensions have a free plan and a paid Pro plan. What each plan includes and what Pro costs are shown on the extension's page and on the pricing page. A feature that is free when an extension is published stays free.

• Who sells it. Purchases in US dollars are made through our checkout provider, Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the seller of record: it takes the payment, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and issues the receipt. Purchases in Turkish lira are made from Atesen Software directly, through a Turkish payment provider, and are invoiced by us.
• The licence. A purchase gives you a licence key for one extension (or for every extension, where the plan says so). It is for one person, who may use it on up to three of their own browser profiles. Do not share or resell keys.
• Subscriptions. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing us; Pro then stays until the end of the period you paid for. A one-time purchase does not renew.
• Refunds. If Pro does not work for you, email support@atesensoftware.com within 14 days of a purchase or a renewal and we will refund that payment in full; the key then stops working. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
• Licence checks. The extension confirms the key with atesensoftware.com at most once a day. If the check cannot be made, Pro keeps working for 14 days. What the check sends is described on each extension's privacy page.
• Changes. If we change the price of a subscription, the new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you, and you can cancel before it does.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website or our applications to break the law, to breach a platform's terms, to attempt unauthorised access, or to disrupt service for anyone else. Automated scanning or load testing of this site is not permitted without written permission.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text and its mark, belongs to Atesen Software unless stated otherwise. Platform, product and marketplace names mentioned here belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Atesen Software is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is not excluded by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
