Support
Support is provided by email, in English and Turkish, by the people who wrote the code.
Contact
We aim to acknowledge every support email within two business days (Europe/Istanbul). There is no telephone line and no live chat.
What to include
- Which application you are using, and on which platform account.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The date and approximate time of the run, so it can be matched to a job record.
- Any error message, copied as text rather than described.
Never send credentials. Do not email an API key, a password or a session token. Support will never ask for one. If you have already sent a key, revoke it in your platform's admin settings.
