What it does
Bidtally is for schools, libraries, consortia and E-rate consultants. Enter a Form 470 number and it pulls the certification date and the earliest allowed contract date from USAC open data, then scores the bids you load by your own evaluation matrix, checks that price is the heaviest factor and flags the problems before you sign. It also works out the district discount and the Category 2 budget. Bids stay in your browser.

Matrix, dates and scores checked
Your evaluation matrix is checked against the E-rate rules, each service is scored by your weights, and problems such as an early contract date or a late bid are listed.
Memo and worksheets out
Download the evaluation workbook, a signature-ready memo, the problem list, the FRN worksheet and the retention list.
Discount and Category 2 budget
A school list gives the district-wide discount and the Category 2 budget. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
