What it does
LeadCascade is for RevOps, sales ops and HubSpot consultants who move leads into HubSpot from another CRM or a spreadsheet: migrations, event lists, distributor reports. HubSpot's own importer does not import the Leads object, and the Leads API only accepts a lead that belongs to an existing contact. For each row LeadCascade finds or creates the company by domain, finds or creates the contact by e-mail, links them and creates the lead linked to both. You read a free preview first, confirm by typing IMPORT and the number of leads, and can undo the run for 30 days. The HubSpot account needs the Leads object (Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise).
Capabilities
From one file
Choose a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file of up to 2,500 rows and 4 MB. Columns are matched by header (e-mail, names, phone, job title, company domain, lead name, lead type, pipeline, stage, owner e-mail and more) and any column can be matched by hand, including to any existing lead property.
Company and contact linked
Each row finds or creates the company by domain and the contact by e-mail, links them and creates the lead linked to both. Existing contacts and companies are reused and never overwritten.
Free preview
Check the file first, free and unlimited: how many leads, new contacts and new companies the run would create, which rows are skipped because the contact already has a lead with that name, and every row with a problem, with its row number and reason. Nothing is written.
Typed confirmation
Nothing is written to HubSpot until you type IMPORT and the number of leads. Running the same file twice creates nothing twice.
Result file and 30-day undo
The result CSV lists the outcome of every row with the lead, contact and company ids and links into HubSpot. Undo is free for 30 days and deletes the leads that run created; HubSpot keeps deleted records in its recycling bin. A lead someone worked on after the import is left alone and listed.
Sign-in on HubSpot's own page
You sign in on HubSpot's own page and LeadCascade never sees your HubSpot password. It asks for contacts, companies and leads (read and write) and owners (read), and nothing else.

Limits and what we do not claim
- It is not listed in HubSpot's app marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed or certified by HubSpot.
- It creates new leads only: it does not update existing leads, import deals or tickets, enrich data or export.
- It needs a HubSpot account with the Leads object (Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise).
- Undo deletes only the leads the run created. Contacts and companies the run created stay in HubSpot, and the result CSV marks them so you can review them there.
- A run is limited to 2,500 rows and 4 MB per file, one run at a time per HubSpot account.
- The first 10 leads per HubSpot account are free once; the allowance does not renew.
