What it does
Linewarden is for water systems, utilities, engineering firms and contract operators preparing for the EPA Lead and Copper Rule Improvements deadline of 1 November 2027. It reads your inventory file in your browser, classifies every service line, lists the problems to fix before you submit, and builds the replacement plan and the customer letters. Customer data never leaves your computer.

Drop the EPA Service Line Inventory Template or any CSV or Excel file. Columns are matched by name and you confirm them.
Every line classified
System and customer side materials are normalised, and each line gets an EPA class (lead, galvanized requiring replacement, unknown or non-lead), a connector status and its problems.
Plan and letters out
Download the replacement plan with the yearly rate and a priority list, print-ready letters, a public inventory without customer names, and the EPA-format workbook.

Add last year’s file for the annual update. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
