What it does
Paysweep records payments against many Xero invoices and bills at once from a CSV or Excel file. Every row is checked before anything is written, the run needs a typed confirmation, and recorded payments can be undone for 30 days.

From your file
Upload a CSV or Excel file of payments and map its columns to invoice or bill, amount, date and bank account.
Every row checked first
Each row is matched and checked before the run; rows that cannot be recorded are shown with the reason.
Typed confirmation
Nothing is written to Xero until you type the confirmation for the number of payments.
Undo for 30 days
Payments recorded by a run can be removed again for 30 days.
