What it does
Tagscope is for city, county and school IT and communications teams, and for health providers, preparing for the ADA Title II and HHS Section 504 document deadlines in 2027 and 2028. Drop a folder or a ZIP of PDFs and it checks each one in your browser, marks the documents that may fall under the Title II exceptions and plans the remediation. Documents never leave your computer.

The problems automated checks can find
Untagged and scanned documents, missing title and language, images without alt text, tables without header cells, unnamed form fields and more.
Exception candidates and a plan
With a document list it flags Title II exception candidates (28 CFR 35.201) and ranks the fixes P1 to P4, starting with the forms people use to apply for services.
Reports and fixed copies
Download an inventory workbook, a remediation queue, an exception register, a board summary and copies with the title and language fixed. Nothing is uploaded.
