Your Klaviyo key
Your key stays in this browser tab's memory. For each call to Klaviyo it travels to our server over HTTPS, is used for that one call and is dropped. We do not save it in your browser, a database or a log, and request logging is switched off for this service. Because we keep no key, nothing can run when you are not here.
Your customers' data
During a scan, profile ids, e-mail addresses, join dates and order and engagement dates pass from Klaviyo through our server to your browser. During a run, the e-mail addresses in that run pass from your browser through our server to Klaviyo. We do not store any of this. The classification and the CSV files are made in your browser and saved on your computer.
What we keep
- Licences: a hash of the licence key, the Paddle transaction id, the expiry date and the id of the Klaviyo account the licence is tied to.
- Daily counts with no personal data: visits, scans, checkouts opened, runs and sales.
Where a visit came from
A first-party cookie named ats_src, shared by atesensoftware.com sites, holds the campaign tags, referring site and landing path of your visit. It holds no identifier and is skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. These source fields go to Paddle with your order so that we can see which pages lead to a sale. See the company privacy policy.
Payments
Paddle processes your payment and your billing details as merchant of record. See Paddle's privacy notice. We do not see your card.
