The service
Klaviyo Profile Trim reads a Klaviyo account with a key you give it, estimates which profiles have stopped engaging and what a lower plan would save, and, when you approve a run, asks Klaviyo to suppress those profiles from marketing e-mail. It is run by Atesen Software. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, under Paddle's buyer terms.
What you buy
The scan, saving estimate, CSV and undo are free. A licence costs a one-time fee and lets you run suppression on one Klaviyo account for 12 months. It does not renew and is tied to the first account it is used on.
Your responsibility
You choose the settings and approve each run. Check the preview and keep the backup file: it is what undo reads. You must be allowed to use the Klaviyo account and its data. You are responsible for your own marketing and for how you treat the people on your list.
Estimates
Savings are estimates from Klaviyo's public prices on the date shown. They do not cover contract plans, promotions, text messages or other Klaviyo products. Your bill changes only if your plan moves, which is set in your Klaviyo account and decided by Klaviyo's rules.
Limits
The tool depends on Klaviyo's API and on the data in your account. We test it carefully, and we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the licence. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
