What it does
Project Lead & Scheme Switcher for Jira is an Atlassian Forge application. A Jira administrator changes the lead, category and schemes of up to 200 company-managed projects in one run, previews every change, skips projects that changed since the preview, and keeps a history of the last 20 runs that can be reversed.

Set the project lead, category, permission scheme, notification scheme and issue security scheme for up to 200 company-managed projects at once. Find projects by name or category.
See every change before it is written
The preview shows old and new values per project and why a project is skipped. Each project is re-read right before writing; if it changed since the preview, it is skipped, not overwritten.
History, CSV report and reverse runs
The last 20 runs are kept with old and new values. Download a CSV report of any run, or build a reverse run that restores the previous settings, with its own preview and confirmation.
Nothing leaves your Atlassian site
The application runs on Atlassian Forge and calls only your Jira site, with the permissions of the person using it.
