Requirements

• Company-managed projects. Team-managed projects are skipped.

How a run works

• Find and select up to 200 projects by name or category.
• Choose the new lead, category or schemes.
• Review the preview of old and new values.
• Confirm. Projects are written in batches of ten and re-read right before writing.
• Download the CSV report or open the history to reverse a run.

Limits you should know

• Up to 200 projects per run.
• If Jira asks the app to slow down, it waits and continues.
• The last 20 runs are kept.
