Privacy notice for Atesen AI Chat Toolbox 0.1.0, 22 October 2026. It describes the implemented local archive, not a live store deployment.

Information handled on this device

Only after Save chat locally and confirmation, the extension reads the open conversation title, canonical source URL and loaded user/assistant message text. It does not retrieve contacts, account profiles, cookies, passwords or browsing history. User-selected message text may contain personal or sensitive data.

IndexedDB under the extension origin stores that text, a lowercase search copy, folders, tags, bookmarks, timestamps, prompts and an optional signed license. No sync or application-level encryption is used. Access depends on the security of your browser profile and operating system.

Transmission and payment

The extension has no content server, analytics, ads or outbound API calls. The library CSP forbids network connections. Buy Pro opens this owned page through the browser tabs API; it does not attach chat data or a tracking identifier.

Sales are not open. If Paddle checkout is enabled later, it will be a separate user-initiated page. Paddle would handle payment and customer information under its own terms. The extension receives no payment-card data. Offline license verification needs no network request.

Deletion and support

Delete one local copy or choose Plan & privacy → Delete all local data. Uninstalling the extension or removing the profile also removes its local archive. Downloaded exports must be deleted separately; original website conversations are unchanged.

For support, voluntarily email support@atesensoftware.com with the version, exact error and a fictional example. Do not send private chats, credentials or license keys. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; normal web access is subject to the site-wide privacy notice.
