Local design processing

The plugin reads the single frame you select, including its layer structure, text, solid fills, sizes, spacing and any hosted image URLs you attached. It builds the HTML inside the plugin, on your device, and shows a preview from that same local HTML. The free export needs no account, checkout or API key.

The plugin manifest declares network access as none. The plugin cannot send your frame, text or exported HTML to any server, and it contains no analytics, advertising or telemetry. Figma operates its own application and cloud services under its own privacy policy; this policy describes the plugin's behavior.

Optional hosted image URLs

Images are optional. If you add one, you enter a public HTTPS image URL and a description for a rectangle layer. The plugin saves that URL and description as plugin data on that layer in your Figma file, so they travel with the file under your Figma account. The plugin does not upload images, read image bytes or host them. You must own or have permission to use each image.

The exported HTML contains the URLs you supplied. When a recipient opens the email, their email client requests those images from your image host, and that host can see the request. Because the plugin has no network access, image previews inside Figma may not load remote images.

Exports you control

Copy HTML places the code on your clipboard and Download HTML saves a file on your device, each only when you choose it. Your browser, Klaviyo and any other service where you paste or upload the HTML handle that content under their own policies. Atesen Software does not receive these exports from the plugin. Delete downloads you no longer need and check them before sending.

No upload to a server, no purchases

The plugin window includes an upload form intended only for a self-hosted setup that an operator configures in their own build. Atesen Software runs no such server, and the plugin manifest allows no network domain, so that form cannot send anything from the published plugin. No hosted service, checkout, paid plan or license check is offered, and the plugin never sends campaigns or contacts Klaviyo itself.

Support and privacy requests

If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send and use them to answer you. Send a small fictional example rather than private campaign or customer data. Do not send passwords, API keys or full private Figma files. For a privacy or deletion request concerning a support message, contact support@atesensoftware.com.
