Renewal Tickets support

Support for Renewal Tickets is provided by email in English and Turkish.

  • Include your subdomain, whether it is Freshservice or Freshdesk, the record and date involved, and what you expected the preview or run to do. The run log CSV helps.
  • Never send your API key. Support will never ask for it.
