When SLA & Time to Resolution Reports is installed from the Atlassian Marketplace, the Atlassian Marketplace End-User Licence Agreement applies, together with the Atesen Software terms of service at atesensoftware.com/terms/. Where they differ for this application, the Marketplace agreement governs the licence and the terms of service govern support and use of this website.
Availability and production licence
The app is planned for Paid via Atlassian distribution. There is no verified public listing or checkout. The implementation requires an active Marketplace licence or trial for production report calls; real active, trial and inactive licence acceptance remains open. No price or purchase is offered by this page.
Reports and your data
Reports reflect Jira data and the signed-in person's read permissions, within the documented cohort and coverage limits. Native JSM values remain authoritative; the local working-hours preview does not change them. Downloaded files are yours to protect and delete.
