End-user licence terms for AuditPack for Jira Service Management.

Licence

When AuditPack for Jira Service Management is installed from the Atlassian Marketplace, the Atlassian Marketplace End-User Licence Agreement applies, together with the Atesen Software terms of service at atesensoftware.com/terms/. Where they differ for this application, the Marketplace agreement governs the licence and the terms of service govern support and use of this website.

Paid licence

AuditPack is a paid app sold through the Atlassian Marketplace; its price and billing are shown on the Marketplace listing, not on this site. Building a pack requires an active licence in production. A missing or inactive licence blocks it, and the licence is checked on every backend call.

What a pack is

A pack reflects only what Jira recorded and what the person building it is allowed to read. It does not prove that a control worked, a gap is a fact to explain and not a finding of non-compliance, and a pack is not a substitute for the auditor’s own judgement. You remain responsible for how you use the files you download.

Your data

The application runs on Atlassian Forge, makes no external network calls and stores nothing. Atesen Software operates no server for it and has no access to customer data. The files you download are yours to protect and delete. See the application privacy page for the full statement.
