Licence and purchase terms

When an approved Marketplace installation becomes available, Atesen Software grants a nonexclusive right to use the app within the licensed Confluence site, subject to the applicable Atlassian Marketplace standard end user agreement and purchase terms. Atlassian handles subscriptions, trials, free tiers and billing.

Your content and service

You retain ownership of your content and responsibility for page permissions and lawful use. Source and appearance are kept in Confluence macro configuration; Atesen keeps no separate content database.

The app is provided as available without a separate service level commitment. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Bundled third-party components retain their own licenses. Do not use the release preparation package as a public production service before installation and export acceptance are complete.
