Email support for the release preparation package is available in English and Turkish. There is no guaranteed response time or service level.

• Include the app version, format, exact error message and minimal fictional source that reproduces the issue.
• Do not send credentials, personal data or confidential page contents.
• For a blank preview, reload and correct the displayed syntax error. Unsupported links and images are intentionally disabled.
• After a future approved installation, ask the Confluence administrator to check the Marketplace subscription if a license message appears.
