Template Porter for Confluence support

Support for Template Porter for Confluence is provided by email in English and Turkish.

  • Include your Confluence site name, what you tried to export, import or copy, and what you expected.
  • The CSV report of the run is the fastest way to diagnose a problem.
  • Do not send an exported template JSON file unless support specifically asks for a redacted example: it can contain template content and account IDs from person mentions.
  • Never send credentials or API tokens. Support will never ask for them.
