What it does
e-Arşiv Asistanı is a browser extension for Chrome, Edge and other Chromium-based browsers that works inside the e-Arşiv portal of the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB). It adds a customer book, a list of goods and services, recent invoices that can be copied, and a wizard for service-export invoices. It only prepares drafts, with the portal's own commands. Checking a draft and signing it by SMS is always done by the user, in the portal.
Capabilities
Customer book
Buyers are saved and suggested. They can be imported from invoices already issued in the portal or from CSV, and exported to CSV. The title or name and the tax office can be filled in from a VKN or TCKN with the portal's own lookup.
Goods and services
Items are saved with unit, price and VAT rate, and suggested while a line is typed.
Recent invoices
Invoices are listed by month with their status. Copy turns one into a new invoice dated today.
Service export (302)
Buyer number 2222222222, 0% VAT, the country from the portal's own list and the TCMB exchange rate from the last bulletin before the invoice date. The exemption reason, the amount in words and the TL equivalent go in the note.
Checks before anything is sent
The VKN or TCKN check digits, the name, the VAT rate, the exchange rate for foreign currency and the 7-day date rule are checked first. Totals follow the portal's own arithmetic, rounded line by line in kuruş.
Drafts only
The draft is created with the portal's own create-invoice command and appears under Düzenlenen Belgeler. The extension never signs, deletes, cancels or objects, never signs in or out, and never retries a create request that might have gone through.

Questions
Where does e-Arşiv Asistanı run?
In your browser, on the e-Arşiv portal only: earsivportal.efatura.gov.tr and its test portal, earsivportaltest.efatura.gov.tr. Atesen Software receives nothing from it.
What does e-Arşiv Asistanı connect to?
The e-Arşiv portal you are signed in to, with your own portal session, using the commands the portal's own pages use: listing your recent invoices and drafts, the taxpayer lookup, reading your own company details and creating drafts.
How do I get help with e-Arşiv Asistanı?
Support for e-Arşiv Asistanı is provided by email in Turkish and English.
Email support@atesensoftware.com. We aim to acknowledge every support email within two business days (Europe/Istanbul).
What we do not claim
- It is in development. It has not been submitted to or approved by the Chrome Web Store, and has no installation count or review history.
- It is not affiliated with the Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı) and is not an official GİB product.
- It is not a tax or accounting service and gives no tax advice. You are responsible for each invoice you sign.
- It uses the portal's internal commands, which are not officially documented. A change to the portal can break a feature until the extension is updated.
- It does not sign invoices. Signing is done by you, with SMS, in the portal.
- It prepares e-Arşiv invoices in GİB's portal only. It does not issue e-Fatura through an integrator.
