  • Say which step went wrong (loading assets, your data, matching, the pattern, renaming, the export or the license key) and copy the message the plugin showed.
  • Lost your Pro key? Use the form on sheet-namer.atesensoftware.com/support/ and it is sent again to the address you bought with.
  • Never send passwords or card details. Support will never ask for them.
