SLA & Change Analytics end-user licence
End-user licence terms for FS2 SLA & Change Analytics for Freshservice. Coming soon: this app is not currently sold or publicly installable.
Licence and authorized use
When the app is made available and installed under applicable Marketplace terms, Atesen Software grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SLA & Change Analytics within its Freshservice account. Use authorized credentials and comply with Freshworks terms and your organization's data access rules.
Availability and purchases
No subscription is sold by this page. There is no verified public listing, installation link or checkout. Any future Marketplace listing and checkout must state applicable price, taxes, billing, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. Billing has not been activated or verified by this documentation.
Service scope and limitations
The app reads API results and stores minimal prospective status history. It does not modify tickets or changes and does not guarantee complete, atomic or continuously current reports. Deadline comparisons do not reconstruct native Freshservice SLA calendars or pauses. Verify tenant behavior before operational reliance.
The app is provided as available, without an uptime commitment or a promise of fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use and support
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Clear browser site data to remove saved preferences and delete downloaded files separately. Freshworks controls the platform uninstall/storage lifecycle; immediate erasure is not promised. Any future subscription must also be managed through billing controls stated at purchase.
