What it does
Ticket Export is an application for Freshdesk that exports the tickets you choose, together with every reply, customer message and private note, to an Excel workbook, a CSV file, a PDF or a single readable HTML file. The files are built in your own browser. There is no server between your helpdesk and your download.
Capabilities
Whole threads, not just ticket rows
Each ticket's description, agent replies, customer replies and private notes are exported in order, with the author, time and kind of every message. Private notes can be left out with one switch.
Excel, CSV, PDF and HTML
Excel gets two sheets, Tickets and Conversations, with a frozen header row and filters. CSV opens correctly in Excel, including non-English characters. PDF opens the report in a new tab with your browser's print dialog, one ticket per page; HTML is one self-contained file you can archive or share.
Names, not IDs
Status, priority, source, agent, group and custom dropdown values are written by name, using your own account's field definitions. Custom fields become their own columns.
Filters you already know
Status and priority as chips built from your account, an advanced box for Freshdesk search syntax, and a created, updated or due date range. The exact search that will be sent is shown before you export.
No 300-result ceiling
Helpdesk search stops at 300 results. Ticket Export splits the date range automatically until every part fits, so an export is complete rather than silently cut off. Very large exports are refused with an explanation instead.
Read-only and local
Every request the application makes is a read. Files are generated in the browser tab that asked for them; nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Questions
Where does Ticket Export run?
The application runs in your browser inside Freshdesk, on the Freshworks Developer Platform. It has no server-side component. Atesen Software does not operate a server or a database for it.
What does Ticket Export connect to?
Every request is a read addressed to your own account at your-subdomain.freshdesk.com, sent through the platform's request templates. The application sends no data to Atesen Software, to an analytics provider or to any other third party.
How do I get help with Ticket Export?
Support for Ticket Export is provided by email in English and Turkish.
Email support@atesensoftware.com. We aim to acknowledge every support email within two business days (Europe/Istanbul).
What we do not claim
- It is under review by Freshworks Marketplace, not approved, listed or publicly installable. Public installation, customer and review counts are not verified.
- No export time is promised. The application paces itself under the Freshworks limit of 50 requests per minute; a ticket with its conversation takes about two requests, so large exports take minutes.
- Attachments are not exported. Ticket descriptions and messages are exported as plain text.
- The first version is for Freshdesk only. Freshservice support is built and covered by automated tests, but it has not been run against a live Freshservice account, so it is not part of the submitted version.
- It holds no security certification and has not undergone a third-party audit.
