Template Guard privacy

This section describes how Template Guard handles data. It supplements the site-wide privacy policy; the application’s own policy is at https://bf61d-service-36993937-e27ad91f.eu.monday.app/privacy.html.

Where the application runs

Template Guard runs on monday code, monday.com’s own hosting, and stores data only in monday code storage. Atesen Software operates no other server or database for it.

What it stores

  • Board configuration of the boards you mark as templates and the boards you compare: board, column, group and view ids, titles, types and settings, and owners and subscribers as user ids.
  • The monday user id of the person who installed it, and an access token encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
  • It never stores item data: no item names, column values, updates or files.

Email alerts

On the Pro plan, drift alerts are emailed to the installer. The address is read from monday.com when an alert is sent and is not stored.

How long it is kept

Everything held for an account is deleted when Template Guard is uninstalled from it.
