What it does
Ticket Archive for HubSpot is a web application for support managers who have to hand over or keep the full history of many tickets at once, for an audit, a dispute or their own records. You connect a HubSpot portal, pick tickets by created or closed date, pipeline, status and owner, and see how many match and a sample before anything starts. Each ticket becomes one PDF with its properties and the whole conversation in time order: e-mails, chats, internal comments, notes, calls and logged e-mails, with every attachment saved next to it and listed in the PDF. The PDFs are packed into ZIP parts of about 500 MB with an index.csv of one row per ticket, a manifest.csv with a SHA-256 checksum for every file, and a README. It only reads from HubSpot and never changes anything there.
Capabilities
One PDF per ticket
The ticket's properties and description, then the whole timeline in time order: e-mails and chat messages, internal comments, notes, calls and, optionally, logged e-mails and status changes. Internal comments and notes are clearly marked. Every attachment is saved next to the PDF and listed in it with its place in the ZIP.
Filter, then preview
Choose tickets by created or closed date in your time zone, pipeline, statuses and owners, including unassigned tickets. Before anything starts you see how many tickets match and a sample of them. Previews are free and unlimited.
Ready for auditors
Every ZIP part carries index.csv with one row per ticket (subject, status, owner, dates, message and attachment counts, PDF checksum), manifest.csv with a SHA-256 checksum for every file, and a README describing the selection. A full index.csv for the whole archive is available too.
Bulk, in ZIP parts
Up to 10,000 tickets per archive on the paid plans and 25 on the free plan. Large archives are split into ZIP parts of about 500 MB; each part opens on its own and a ticket never spans two parts.
Runs on our servers
You can close the tab while an archive is built. It resumes after interruptions, and a ticket that cannot be archived is listed in the index with the reason.
Read-only and short-lived
The app never changes anything in HubSpot. Sign-in is through HubSpot, tokens are encrypted, and message HTML is converted to plain text so nothing from an e-mail is executed. Archives are deleted automatically 7 days after they finish, download links expire after minutes, and logs hold ids and counts, never ticket content.
