Choose and preview

Open Bulk Actions Hub, select the department and ticket filters, then choose the changes. Read the affected-ticket preview and check administrator limits before confirming.

Confirm the run

Confirm the preview; larger runs require typing APPLY. Review successes and failures after the run. Email replies send real messages when enabled and confirmed.

Presets, history and CSV

Save only the filters and reply text appropriate for other extension users to see. Export result or undo CSVs to your own device and retain them securely.
