Review candidates
Open the scanner or ticket panel and inspect the likely duplicates in scope. Check the requester and ticket context rather than relying only on a similarity score.
Confirm a merge
Choose the master ticket, review the tickets to merge and confirm only the intended group. The extension uses the native Desk merge endpoint and adds a private audit comment.
Settings
Installation settings include the matching window, similarity threshold, inclusion of closed tickets and whether merging is enabled.
