What it does
Product Catalog PDF is an extension for wholesalers, distributors and sales teams who keep their items in Zoho Inventory or Zoho Books. Pick items by category, item group, brand, stock or location, choose one of four layouts and a price list, add your logo and contact details, and download a PDF catalogue with images, group headings, page numbers and a "prices valid as of" date, or a compact price list with an optional Excel copy. The PDF is built in your browser from your live item data. The extension only reads and never changes anything in Zoho.
Capabilities
Choose the items
Filter by status, category, item group, brand, stock (in stock or out of stock) and location, search by name or SKU, and untick anything you want to leave out. Up to 5,000 items per catalogue; large catalogues are split into PDF parts in one ZIP.
Four layouts
A 2 × 3 or 3 × 4 grid with images, a list with images, or a compact price table without images. A4 or US Letter, portrait or landscape, grouped by category or item group, sorted by name, SKU or price.
Your prices and fields
Show each item's sales rate or the price from one of your sales price lists, including percentage mark-ups with rounding, per-item discounts and volume pricing. Add SKU, unit, description, stock and up to three custom fields such as Material or Country of origin.
Branded and reusable
A cover page with your logo, title, subtitle and contact details, footer text and a "prices valid as of" date. Save the settings as a template for next season or export them as a file for a colleague.
Questions
Where does Product Catalog PDF run?
The extension runs in your browser, as a tab inside Zoho Inventory or Zoho Books. Every call goes only to your own Zoho organisation, through the extension's connection, with read-only permissions. Atesen Software runs no server for it and receives none of your item data.
How do I get help with Product Catalog PDF?
Support for Product Catalog PDF is provided by email in English and Turkish. We aim to reply within two business days.

What we do not claim
- It is being submitted to Zoho Marketplace and is not approved or listed. It has no installations, customers or reviews.
- In Zoho Inventory, Zoho makes extension widgets available only on the Premium plan and above.
- Text is printed with the Roboto font: Latin, Greek and Cyrillic scripts. Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic and Hebrew are not supported yet.
- It does not create web catalogues or share links; the result is a file on your computer.
- The China data centre is not supported.
