Local design processing

The plugin reads the frame you select, including text, solid fills, nested Auto Layout and any image URL mappings you provide. It processes this content locally in the plugin to prepare table-based HTML with inline styles. It does not upload your Figma file or selected design content to Atesen Software.

The plugin manifest permits no network domains. The plugin uses no analytics or advertising, and does not fetch remote image URLs for its preview. Figma itself operates under its own privacy policy; this policy describes the plugin's behavior.

Optional images and exported files

Images are optional. If you include them, you supply public HTTPS URLs for images you host or are authorized to use. The plugin writes those URLs into the exported HTML; it does not host the images or embed them as base64 data.

Copying an export places content on your clipboard at your direction. Downloading saves an HTML file on your device. Your email client, image host and any service where you paste or upload the export handle that content under their own policies. Loading a signature's remote images can send requests to the image host.

Local storage and licenses

The free allowance is 3 prepared exports per rolling 24 hours. Export timestamps are stored through Figma's client storage to enforce that allowance. A license key, if accepted, is also stored there and checked offline. No online license verification is performed.

Pro is a separate one-time license key (USD 24, excluding VAT or sales tax) sold through Paddle on signaturegenius.atesensoftware.com. Checkout there opens when the plugin is available on Figma Community. The Buy Pro button in the plugin only opens that page in your browser: the plugin itself makes no network request to buy or check a license, and a pasted key is verified offline. The sales site has its own privacy notice.

Atesen Software does not receive or retain the selected design content on a company server. Clipboard content and downloaded exports remain under your control; remove files you no longer need and clear copied content as appropriate.

Support and privacy questions

If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send and use them to respond to your request. Do not send passwords, license keys, private Figma files or customer signature data. For a privacy or deletion request concerning a support message, contact support@atesensoftware.com.
