SignatureGenius support

Help for the current SignatureGenius Figma plugin (F10). It converts a selected signature frame into table-based HTML with inline styles.

Prepare a signature export

  1. Select the signature's parent frame in Figma.
  2. Use nested horizontal or vertical Auto Layout with supported text and solid fills. Unsupported free positioning is reported and blocks export; adjust the layout before trying again.
  3. If you need images, export a small PNG, host it yourself and map its public HTTPS URL to the image layer. Vectors and non-rectangular shapes also require an exported image and URL mapping. Images are optional; the plugin does not host them or fetch remote images for preview.
  4. Prepare the export, then copy the rendered signature or download the HTML file. You can also copy the generated HTML source manually.

Free allowance and Pro availability

The free allowance is 3 prepared exports per rolling 24 hours. Preparing a successful export counts toward this allowance. If the allowance is exhausted, wait until an earlier export falls outside that window.

Pro is a separate one-time license key (USD 24, excluding VAT or sales tax) sold through Paddle on signaturegenius.atesensoftware.com. Checkout there opens when the plugin is available on Figma Community. The Buy Pro button in the plugin opens that page in your browser. If you lose a key, the form on the sales site's support page sends it again to the address you bought with.

Rendering and release limits

Output is not guaranteed to be pixel-perfect. Real Figma Desktop operation and rendering in Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail have not yet been validated. Test the exported signature in the actual email clients you intend to use before relying on it.

If an image is missing, check that its mapped HTTPS URL is publicly accessible and that your email client allows remote images. The plugin does not retrieve those URLs for preview. These documentation pages do not announce a Figma Community release.

Contact support
