Where the extension runs

The extension runs in your browser, inside Zoho Desk. Every call goes only to your own Zoho Desk organisation, through the extension's Zoho Desk connection that you authorise. Atesen Software runs no server for it and receives none of your data.

What it talks to

Only your Zoho Desk organisation, through the extension's Zoho Desk connection. It uses no analytics, cookies, trackers or third-party services. The only outside script it loads is Zoho's own extension SDK, served by Zoho.

What it reads

The list of departments, and the definitions of ticket layouts, email templates, ticket templates and SLAs in the departments you choose: their names, settings and template content. It never reads tickets, contacts or accounts.

What it writes

Only new copies of the items you confirmed, in the target departments you chose; copied SLAs are created inactive. It never edits or deletes anything, and its connection is not granted update or delete permission. The scopes it asks for are Desk.layouts.READ, Desk.layouts.CREATE, Desk.templates.READ, Desk.templates.CREATE, Desk.automations.READ, Desk.automations.CREATE and Desk.basic.READ.

What it stores

So that an interrupted run can be resumed, the extension keeps IDs and counters only, no names or content, in the extension's storage inside your Zoho Desk organisation. They are deleted when the run finishes or when you choose Discard.

The CSV log is built in your browser and downloaded by you. It lists item names, IDs and results. We do not keep a copy.

Zoho Marketplace

Zoho Marketplace shares the name and email address of the person who installs the extension with us when a paid plan is bought, or when that person rates the extension or gives feedback while installing or uninstalling it; for a free trial or a free installation, only if that person agrees. We use them only to answer questions about the extension and its billing, and we do not share them.

Deletion

We hold no data about your organisation, so there is nothing for us to export or delete. Copies the extension created are ordinary Zoho Desk items that you manage in Zoho Desk. You can uninstall the extension or revoke its connection in Zoho at any time, and delete the log files you downloaded when you no longer need them.

Support correspondence

If you email support, that message and anything you attach reaches an Atesen Software mailbox, and we use it only to answer you. The log lists item names and IDs, so check it before you send it.
