Before a run
Open the widget with your authorized Zoho Desk connection. Load only articles within the maintenance scope you intend to inspect.
Link checks and replacements
Inspect link results before enabling optional external requests. Review the replacement preview, then explicitly apply the selected edits. A later recovery checks for conflicts before restoring content.
Recovery and exports
Keep the recovery journal until you no longer need it. Export stale-article CSVs to your own device and protect them as source article data.
