Licence
When Atesen Customer Import for Jira Service Management is installed from the Atlassian Marketplace, the Atlassian Marketplace End-User Licence Agreement applies, together with the Atesen Software terms of service at atesensoftware.com/terms/. Where they differ for this application, the Marketplace agreement governs the licence and the terms of service govern support and use of this website.
Paid licence
The app is a paid app sold through the Atlassian Marketplace; its price, trial and billing are shown on the Marketplace listing, not on this site. Running imports requires an active licence or trial.
Your responsibility for imports
An import creates accounts and changes organization membership on your site, and it has no undo. You are responsible for the contents of the files you upload and for reviewing the preview before you start a run. Run a small file first.
Your data
The app runs on Atlassian Forge and makes no external network calls. Job data is kept in Forge storage for 30 days and then deleted. See the application privacy page for the full statement.
