Store Screenshot Localizer documentation
Documentation for Store Screenshot Localizer, the Figma plugin. It describes version 0.2. The plugin cannot be installed from Figma Community today; these instructions describe the planned release.
Requirements
- Screenshot frames in Figma whose translatable text layers are named #headline, #subtitle or another key, with a source frame designed for the aspect ratio of the preset you want.
- A CSV with a key column and one column per language code (for example en, de, pt-BR), uploaded or pasted. Up to 30 languages per batch.
Localize and export
- Select the source frames, open the plugin and refresh. Choose the output size for each frame and tick landscape where needed.
- Add your CSV and press Read languages, then choose the languages to generate. Preview batch lists every output without changing anything.
- Press Localize frames to create one copy per language and frame. Review the overflow warnings and the copies in Figma, then press Export PNG ZIP.
Free plan and Pro
The free plan previews every batch and generates 3 output frames per rolling 24 hours; one frame in one language is one output. Pro removes the daily limit; one batch stays capped at 120 frames.
After the plugin is listed and Pro checkout opens: to unlock Pro, open Pro license in the plugin, press Buy Pro (it opens the sales page in your browser), pay with Paddle, copy the key from the page or your e-mail (it starts with SL1.), paste it in the plugin and press Unlock Pro. The key is checked inside the plugin, works offline and is stored on your computer, so enter it once on each computer you use.
