Store Screenshot Localizer privacy
Last updated: 23 October 2026. This policy covers Store Screenshot Localizer (F11), the Figma plugin that creates localized screenshot frames from your translation CSV. It does not cover the separate Store Visual Localizer (S11) product.
Local CSV and design processing
The plugin reads the CSV you import and the Figma frames you select. It uses your language columns to create localized copies, replace matching text layers and prepare PNG exports. It uses translations you supply; it does not send text to a translation service.
The plugin manifest permits no network domains. The plugin does not send your CSV, design content or analytics to Atesen Software. Figma operates its own application and cloud services under its own privacy policy; this policy describes the plugin's behavior.
Local usage and license storage
The Free allowance is 3 output frames per rolling 24 hours. Usage timestamps are retained through Figma's client storage to enforce this allowance locally. This is not a centralized account-wide quota. CSV text is used for the current operation.
License information, if accepted, is also retained in client storage and verified offline. The plugin does not contact Paddle to verify licenses. Pro is a separate one-time license key (USD 24, excluding VAT or sales tax) sold through Paddle on screenshot-localizer.atesensoftware.com. Checkout there opens when the plugin is available on Figma Community. The Buy Pro button in the plugin only opens that page in your browser: the plugin itself makes no network request to buy or check a license, and a pasted key is verified offline. The sales site has its own privacy notice.
Exports you control
Downloaded ZIP files contain PNG images and a report, which may include your design content and text. Exports use 8-bit RGB PNGs with transparency flattened onto white. You choose where to save or share them. Any service where you upload them handles that content under its own policies.
Atesen Software does not receive these exports from the plugin. Delete local downloads you no longer need, and check their contents before sharing them.
Support and privacy requests
If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you choose to send and use them to respond. Send a fictional example rather than private design or customer data. Do not send passwords, license keys or full private Figma files. For a privacy or deletion request concerning a support message, contact support@atesensoftware.com.
